Hiring Process

  • Step One: Create a Profile
    You will create an online profile and complete an online application. If you require assistance, please contact our Human Resources department directly at 978-466-4748.
  • Step Two: Selection Process
    You will be contacted if your application is selected. You can check the status of your application by logging into your online profile.
  • Step Three: The Interview
    Telephone screen interviews are a good way to discuss your qualifications and any other details that might be helpful for our recruitment team. If there is a close match between your skills and the position, the next step may be to schedule a phone or in-person interview.
  • Step Four: Evaluation
    The recruitment and management team will discuss your qualifications and skills for the position. If you are considered a final candidate, you will be contacted to provide reference information. References from current and/or former employers will be obtained using our online tool. We may call your references with your permission before making an offer. Please be prepared to provide at least two (2) supervisor references and two (2) co-workers and their contact information.
